The oral hearing in respect of the CPO application took place on 12 and 13 February 2025. At the oral hearing, the Proposed Defendants were instructed to file further evidence addressing the size of Black Box royalties, by 4pm on 14 March 2025.

The Proposed Class Representative was instructed to file and serve his response by 4pm on 11 April 2025.

There may be a further short hearing to consider the parties’ further submissions in due course.
